I didn't become a trainer because fitness was always easy for me. I became one because I know exactly what it feels like when your effort isn't matching your results and I found the thing that finally changed that for me.

Strength training didn't just change my body. It changed how I carry myself. How I show up. How I feel on the hard days. That's what I want for every person I work with.

​I'm Holly, CPT and Certified Nutrition Coach, based right here in Utah Valley. My clients come to me frustrated and leave feeling capable. Not just stronger in the gym. Stronger in their lives.
